Companion Care
Available for clients of all ages, our services include around-the-clock care such as:
In-home support
Light housekeeping and helping with laundry
Meal planning and cooking
Respite for family caregivers
Help with shopping, errands, and daily schedule
Adult and senior transportation to and from doctor appointments and social events
Plan outings, actives, and act as a travel companionship
Assist with writing letters and other correspondence
Help connect with loved ones through email, texting, video chat and social media
Engage in stimulating activities such as crafts, games, puzzles and reading
Create customized grocery lists to meet dietary needs and preferences
Facilitate visits with friends and neighbors
Personal Care
Our compassionate, local team offers a wide range of support such as:
Personal home safety evaluation
Outpatient pre- and post-op personal care
Feeding
Oral and personal hygiene
Bathing
Toileting
Ambulation (walking and moving around)

Alzheimer’s /Dementia
Our local Director of Nursing, a Registered Nurse (RN), will evaluate your loved one and their needs, as well as discuss your family’s goals before putting together a customized plan of care. Our mission is to provide the individualized support needed for your loved one to:

The Director of Nursing provides ongoing oversight of our professional care staff and will periodically meet with you to make sure we are meeting your expectations.
Care for Children
As your child’s needs change, the service we provide evolves along with them. Companion Care basic support such as basic homework supervision, participating in activities like puzzles and spending time with your child — including those with Special Needs— when you have other responsibilities.
Our Personal Services services include assistance with feeding, bathing, mobility and other tasks that your child is currently unable to completely do for themselves, while Pediatric Skilled Nursing Care provides support for your child’s more complex medical requirements such as in-home infusions. We work with various partners offer In-Home Therapy that includes occupational, physical and speech therapy.
